Founder, & CEODavid White was born in Melbourne Florida and raised in Littleton Colorado where he graduated with honors from high school. He began his working career in 1988 by enlisting in the United States Navy, into the advanced Nuclear Power Program. During his six year enlistment he attended more than two years of intensive schooling and training and then was stationed aboard the USS Benjamin Franklin - SSBN 640, a ballistic missile submarine based out of Charleston, SC.
Dave completed his tour in the Navy and was released from duty as part of the decommissioning crew of the Franklin in Vallejo California. During his time in the Nave, Dave qualified as a nuclear machinery and electrical systems expert, and was one of the ship's senior enlisted watch station holders.
When Dave got out of the Navy in 1994 he went to work in the high technology sector as a project engineer with the Athen's Corp. (Later IPEC/Clean). From there he accepted a position as senior project manager for Mega Systems (later acquired by US Filter) in charge of their multi-million dollar international capital equipment projects. This led to a position with Sterling Energy Operations, a leading power plant project management and consulting firm in charge of international maintenance system mobilizations.
In 1999, Dave partnered with a lifetime friend and construction expert and they started ProjEx, a high-tech facilities project management and consulting company in Chandler Arizona. ProjEx Industrial Management grew to manage over $50 million in client projects throughout the US and Asia. Clients included BOC Edwards, Motorola, and Sematech.
In 2003 Dave sold his interest in ProjEx to his partner while the company transitioned to become a conventional construction management group. He then moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where he landed a contract working in business planning and strategic development through Technology Ventures Corporation, a National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) funded program designed to commercialize technologies from the nation's nuclear labs.
At the completion of the contract, David founded White Business Advisors. He assembled a diverse and highly qualified group of like-minded entrepreneurs into White Business Advisors. They work together and enjoy the challenge of taking an entrepreneurs business concept and developing it into a MASTERPIECE BUSINESS PLAN, then working with the client through the development of their enterprises to provide the best in strategic development any business can have.

Sarah Essex
Director of Web Development
Sarah Essex is the founder of Landsgate Design Group, and the Director of Web Development for WBA. She is directly responsible for the web site, and oversees much of the day-to-day data and graphic services operations.
Ms Essex has extensive experience in business online services, data service development, and graphic design. She has worked in the technical industry for many years and has been a pioneer in Internet Small Business Development. Additionally she worked for Microsoft, with the Data Access Group, where she was responsible for more than 750 pages of white paper documentation dealing with Microsoft's data base products.
In her consulting role with White Business Advisors, Ms Essex brings a career of talent and customer service to the table. She worked has with many of the facets of WBA in developing the right components to for their new and evoluntionary web system.
